Accessibility Update — Court Forms Remediation in Progress
Ashland Municipal Court is actively updating court forms to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards as required by the ADA Title II Final Rule. New accessible versions are being uploaded as they’re completed.

Below you will find forms that you may need to complete and file with the Ashland Municipal Court.
Please note that the Ashland Municipal Court does not currently accept electronic filing of documents online, by email, or by fax. Any documents intended for filing that are submitted by email or fax will be rejected for filing by the Court.
